"A helpful service with curtains made up in own workrooms. A firm is sometimes best judged when things go wrong, and in this case the window measurements taken by them were incorrect - so wrong length curtains were produced. However, the firm pulled out every stop to rectify their mistake, including obtaining fresh material and starting from scratch. The replacement curtains were fitted within a week (which included a bank holiday), and they are excellent. Would have given a 5 star rating but for the measuring mistake, therefore 4 star!"
